How To Install TWRP Recovery Xiaomi Poco F1 And Root

Finally, TWRP recovery for Poco F1 is available now. We will use ADB's Flash tools. That means you can Root Xiaomi Poco F1 with TWRP Recovery and Magisk. Preparation:-

  • Activate OEM Unlock, USB Debugging from this LINK.
  • Install the Driver from Here.
  • UNLOCK BOOTLOADER Magisk 
  • COPY and DISABLE FORCE ENCRYPTION TREBLE ZIP FILE TO YOUR PHONE STORAGE

Unlock the Xiaomi Poco F1 Bootloader:

Without opening the bootloader, you can do anything. So, go to this link to unlock the MI 8 bootloader: Unlock_Bootloader Poco F1. 

Install TWRP and Root Xiaomi Poco F1:


1.) First Read Preparation Unlock Bootloader Download Required Files.

2.) Download "adb-fastboot-tool-2018.zip" extract on the desktop.
  •       Download TWRP img and all boot files from above. Then copy all the files on your device and save a copy of TWRP on the computer.

3.) Change the TWRP IMG recovery file name "twrp-3.2.3.0-beryllium-20180831.img" to "recovery.img" and copy it to the adb-fastboot-tool-2018 folder.

4.) Open cmd windows in the adb-fastboot-tool-2018 folder with Shift + Mouse Right-click.

5.) Connect your device to the PC, make sure USB Debugging is enabled.

6.) Now Reboot your device in Bootloader Mode, using this command.

adb reboot bootloader

7.) Once your device in fastboot mode, Now paste this command on command window and hit enter to install TWRP recovery temporarily.
fastboot boot recovery.img

8.) Now Reboot your device to Recovery mode By Volume UP + Power.

9.) Then in Recovery Mode, When asked to “Keep System Read-only?” click on “Keep Read Only“.
