Woman ties her son's hands before dragging him behind her scooter because 'he's naughty'

A boy has apparently been tied to a scooter with his mother's string before being dragged to the ground in southwest China.
The mother confessed to having punished her child for being naughty as she pushed the scooter forward on the street.
A spectator who witnessed the terrible event tried to stop him from abusing his son, but was told by the mother who said he had been doing it for days.
